Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedule requests be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 100% of the service cost. This policy allows us to respect the time of both our clients and staff. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of Nail Haus SRQ.
